Character Education Leadership Program for Public Schools in Mexico
consists on adapting 3 english initiatives that have shown efficacy in the last decades aimed at schools leaders:
Leadership Academy in Character Education (LACE)

Cultivating Virtue in Leaders Project (CViL)
As a result, we intend to accomplish two outcomes in the school’s leaders:
Personal transformation
in a way they cultivate the virtues needed to lead character-stregth
interventions in their school.

effective practices in an intentional and strategic way, that help transform the schools into

Project directors
Juan P. Dabdoub es miembro del grupo de investigación Educación, Ciudadanía y Carácter de la Universidad de Navarra. Imparte las asignaturas de Character Education, Teoría de la educación y Estadística inferencial. Su investigación se centra en el desarrollo de la virtud y en el diseño de intervenciones que cultiven el carácter de los miembros de una comunidad. Imparte cursos de liderazgo en educación del carácter a directivos de instituciones educativas como escuelas, Facultades universitarias y Colegio Mayores.
