Daniela Salgado PhD

Director

Doctor of Education with Cum Laude mention from the University of Navarra. She has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family from the University of Navarra and a Bachelor of Education from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara, Mexico. Throughout her life, she has worked in the public and private educational sector. Her pedagogical experience, working with students of all educational levels, parents and teachers, allows her to have a more comprehensive and real vision of education. She is currently the director of the School of Pedagogy of the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, where she also teaches the subjects of Theory of education, both undergraduate and graduate, and Family as an educational community.

Juan P. Dabdoub PhD

Director

Member of the research group Education, Citizenship and Character of the University of Navarra. She teaches the subjects of Character Education, Theory of Education and Inferential Statistics. Her research focuses on the development of virtue and the design of interventions that cultivate the character of the members of a community. She teaches leadership courses in character education to directors of educational institutions such as schools, university colleges and Colegio Mayores.

Aurora Bernal PhD

Member of the research group Education, Citizenship and Character of the University of Navarra. She teaches subjects of Anthropology, Ethics, Family Education in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees of education at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra. Her research focuses on the study of the theoretical foundations of character education in general and applied in different educational fields, as well as the study of specific development in educational institutions.

Martín Martínez PhD

He belongs to the Department of Theory and Methods of Psychological and Educational Education and is an associate member of the Image Platform of the Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), and of the Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DATAI). He teaches subjects of Research Theory and Methodology in the degree of Psychology at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra. His research focuses on the development of methodology, design and data analysis that help explore and understand human behavior.

Ligia García PhD

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, a Specialty in Anthropology and Ethics, a Specialty in Didactic Competences and Certification in University Counseling from the Universidad Panamericana, Campus
Guadalajara. Master in Arts in Radio, Television and Film, Industry Studies, University of North Texas. Certification in Hispanic Marketing Communication, Florida State University. She studies
PhD in Communication at the Universidad de los Andes in Santiago, Chile. She has 15 years of experience in academic coordination and direction in higher education. More than 10 years of
experience in curriculum design and instruction of university extension programs, business training programs, undergraduate and graduate degrees. Professional experience in
university teaching, teacher training, adviser and tutor training and instructor training. She is currently the Research Secretary of the School of Pedagogy.

Enrique López PhD

Doctor of Education from the University of Navarra, obtaining the degree of outstanding Suma Cum Laude with the thesis: Strengths of character, analysis and evaluation. He is a Master in Pedagogy from the Universidad Panamericana. He has a degree in Psychopedagogical Counseling from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. He has a Master's degree in Family Education from the Universidad Panamericana. He is currently a professor and head of the psychology academy at the School of Pedagogy of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara.

Jessica Arias Lic.

Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, she has a degree in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations. She currently has the role of Communication Coordinator for this project and throughout her career, she has specialized in the digital branch of advertising, which includes the development of strategies for social networks and consulting for web pages creation.

Marvin Berkowitz

Dr. Marvin W. Berkowitz is the first Sanford N. McDonnell Professor of Character Education, and Co-Director of the Center for Character and Citizenship at the University of Missouri-St Louis. He has also been the first Full Professor of Character Development at the United States Air Force Academy (1999), and professor of psychology and director of the Center for Ethical Studies at Marquette University (1979-1999). He was also the founder and Associate Director of the Center for Addiction and Behavioral Health Research in Milwaukee. Since 1999 he has directed the Leadership Academy in Character Education in St. Louis.

Melinda Bier

Dr. Melinda Bier is Co-Director of the Center for Character and Citizenship at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Bier's experience spans the fields of character education, teacher and leader preparation, and professional development, as well as the design and use of instructional technology to enhance teaching and learning. She has experience evaluating programs, designing, and adopting educational innovations, especially in underserved schools and communities. She also works in the development and management of professional development for teachers and school leaders, and in the philanthropic sector.
