Consists on adapting 3 english initiatives that have shown efficacy in the last decades aimed at schools leaders:
The Primed Model
Cultivating Virtue in Leaders Project
As a result, we intend to accomplish two outcomes in the school’s leaders:
Personal transformation
in a way they cultivate the virtues needed to lead character-stregth interventions in their school.
Knowledge and competence gaining
needed for the implementation of character education effective practices in an intentional and strategic way, that help transform the schools into communities that cultivate the moral and civic character of its members.

What do we mean by character?
The way a person is based on a group of capacities and dispositions to act good freelyc through their ideas, emotions, abilities and virtues.
”Good character consists on comprehend (head), care (heart) and practice (hands) based on the core values.

The project is financed by the Templeton World Charity Foundation and organized by a team of investigators from Universidad Panamericana and Universidad de Navarra.
As well as the collaboration from Secretaría de Educación de Jalisco and the Center for
Character and Citizenship of Missouri - St. Louis University.
